Why I ask instead of selling

Most of the businesses I talk to are not ready, and the honest answer saves them money. AI works from what you already have — your examples, your approved language, your process. When those live in someone’s head or in a filing cabinet, there is nothing to build on yet, and a subscription will not fix it.

So this check measures three things: whether you know what you want, whether the work is written down, and whether the information is reachable. Nothing else predicts it as well.
