AI workflow assessments that start with the work.

Most of what you see about AI is someone waving a magic wand.

What’s possible in your business depends on how it runs today. Some of the work is ready for AI now. Some needs to be organized first.

AI Workflow Assessment

In your office or over a call, I look at how the work actually moves. Where it starts, who touches it, where it stalls.

I’m looking for the work that eats your week without making you money.

Walk the work

Where a job starts, who touches it, what gets retyped, where it sits waiting.

Find the friction

The tasks that eat hours and don’t bring in money. Usually intake, proposals, follow-up, and reporting.

Sort what’s ready

Some work AI can help with now. Some needs your information organized first. I separate the two.

Write it up

A straight answer you can act on, and what to do next.

What you get

A written assessment: where your time is going, what AI could handle now, what isn’t ready and what has to change first, and my recommendation, including “not yet.”

What you bring

Someone who knows how the work really gets done, and real examples. Actual proposals, actual intake notes. Not a tidied-up version.

Where it happens

In your office or over a call. In person is usually better for the assessment, because watching how the work moves tells me things a call doesn’t.

After the assessment

Two kinds of work, usually in this order.

Getting set up

Organizing the information AI needs, documenting how the work really gets done, and teaching your team to keep it going. Sometimes I set it up with you, sometimes I teach them how and they run with it. You end up ready, whether or not you ever buy a tool.

AI implementation

Building the workflow itself: tested on your real work, documented, and handed to whoever runs it. The hand over includes training the people who will use it, so you end up with something your team runs without me.

Start with the work, not the tool.

Bring the thing that gets delayed, repeated, or rebuilt every week. Twenty minutes, and I’ll tell you whether this is worth doing.
