Information you choose to send

The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not transmit the form to, or store it in, a website database. If you send the message, JenniRay Consulting receives the information you included, such as your name, company, email address, Utah city, team size, session preference, and description of the work you want to discuss.

How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, determine whether the services are a fit, schedule a conversation, and maintain appropriate business records. JenniRay Consulting does not sell personal information.

Service providers and technical information

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry emails and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, security, and business-record purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting the business or when required by law.

Sensitive information

Do not send client names, passwords, financial account information, health information, privileged material, confidential documents, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information JenniRay Consulting holds about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
