The short version

This site uses Google Analytics in a limited, cookieless configuration. It measures general website activity without setting Google Analytics cookies or asking visitors to make a choice. Forms collect personal information only when you submit them. I don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

What the forms collect

There are three kinds of form, and they work differently.

The fit call request

On the booking page you can send your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of what’s getting stuck.

This form does not add you to a mailing list. It creates a record so Jennifer can reply, work out whether the services are a fit, and schedule a conversation.

The readiness self-check

Answering the three questions sends nothing. The result is worked out in your own browser and shown on the page. Nothing leaves your device and nothing is stored.

If you then ask for the guide, your first name and email address are submitted, along with your answers and the result, so the guide can be sent and referred to in follow-up.

The guide request

The guide request appears on several pages. Each version collects your first name and email address.

The guide forms add you to a mailing list. You’ll get the guide, then an occasional email. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click.

How the information is used

To reply to you, to work out whether the services are a fit, to schedule and run conversations, to send the guide and occasional emails to people who asked for them, and to keep ordinary business records. Nothing else.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 receives limited, cookieless signals about page views, how visitors reached the site, general device and browser information, approximate location, and useful actions such as completing the readiness check or successfully submitting a form.

Analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, form answers, or the message you send. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising, and Google Signals are disabled in the site’s analytics setup.

Who else handles it

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it processes limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
• GoHighLevel receives form submissions and stores them as contact records. It also sends the guide and any mailing-list email.
• Google Analytics processes limited, cookieless website measurement data. The site does not use that data for advertising.
• Google Workspace handles Jennifer’s email, so anything you send by email is stored there.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading any page requests those fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Each of these processes information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics storage is permanently set to denied, so this site does not set Google Analytics cookies such as _ga. Google’s tag can still send cookieless page-view and event signals. These may include the page address, time, referrer, browser or device information, approximate location, consent state, and a random value generated for the page load.

The site does not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, personalized advertising, or Google Signals.

Do Not Track

This site does not follow visitors across other websites and does not create an analytics profile that can be recognized on a later visit.

How long it is kept

Enquiries, contact records and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, security and business-record purposes. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus whatever is needed to make sure you stay unsubscribed.

Information may be disclosed to the service providers above, or when required by law.

Please don’t send sensitive information

Don’t send client names, passwords, financial account information, health information, government identifiers, privileged material, confidential documents, or anything else sensitive through any form on this site. If it matters and it’s confidential, we’ll agree how to handle it before it moves.

Your choices

• Ask what personal information is held about you.
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
• Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, using the link in any email or by asking directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top will change and the new version will be posted here.
