Small businesses don’t need big-company process. They do benefit from clear ownership, careful testing, documentation people can use, and training that matches how the work really happens.
That’s what keeps a good demo from becoming another subscription nobody uses.
What I believe
AI should make work easier, not make your business more complicated.
You don’t need to automate everything. You don’t need five new tools. And you don’t need to remove the human judgment that makes your business good.
Sometimes the right answer is implementation. Sometimes it’s improving one workflow. Sometimes your team simply needs someone to show them how to use the tools they already have.
The goal isn’t more AI. It’s better work.
Where the discipline came from
